Everything from The Wild Salmon Company was caught within the last few months by Heidi herself and was filleted and flash-frozen right off the boat. This is the best salmon I have ever tasted. Store-bought doesn’t even compare. Heidi only delivers to the Atlanta area once a year so now is the time to stock up. Go to their website to learn more about The Wild Salmon Company

Delivery is scheduled for the afternoon of Sunday, November 17th (exact time TBD)

Order deadline is Thursday, October 31st

- Payment is due when you place your order. Pay online with a credit or debit card.
- Pick up from Sandra’s home in Roswell – 890 Melody Ln, Roswell GA 30075.
- Delivery will be sometime in the afternoon, most likely around 3:00pm. Sandra will email you a few days before to let you know the exact time.

I am ordering a few cases for us to split up into smaller amounts. 2 lb and 5 lb quantities are listed on the co-op website. Go to The Market now to reserve part of a case.

These boneless Sockeye portions are super convenient if you are just cooking for one or two people. Each 5-8 oz portion is individually vacuum sealed.



Sockeye fillets are great for families and for entertaining. They make for a beautiful presentation that will impress any guest. Awesome for grilling. These boneless fillets range between 1.25 pounds and 2 pounds each and are individually vacuum sealed.

GREEN PASTURE
For those of you waiting for your Green Pasture order, I am expecting it to arrive some time this weekend. I will let you know when it is here so you can come pick up. When I went to place our order I noticed that their newest product – Blue Ice Infused Coconut Oil – was on sale so I went ahead and ordered a few extra bottles. Regular price is $55 + shipping.
